The Township District is conveniently located right behind the Mercantile West shopping center, featuring Stater Brothers, CVS, and other shops. There are also multiple restaurants within the shopping center, retail, and healthcare. All of the eateries offer great selections from various price ranges and are conveniently within walking distance.
Across Antonio Parkway is another shopping center, Mercantile East, featuring other shops and restaurants, including Home Goods, The Ranch Sport Grill, Corkey’s Bakery, Jalapenos, Starbucks, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway, Panda Express and more. Adjacent to the Mercantile East shopping center in the business park is 24 hour fitness.
Township District also features the Town Green that hosts many events throughout the year, including summer concerts in the park and annual holiday events. The Township Park and Plunge offers a neighborhood playground, large grass area and two pools.
Many homes within the Township District are within walking distance of Chaparral Elementary School. This village also includes two parks, one of the more popular ones known as the Town Green, and one pool. The Township District is very easy to get in and out of with direct access to Crown Valley Parkway and Antonio Parkway.
