Terramor Village offers one of the most exciting attractions in Ladera Ranch, the Terramor Aquatics Park, which is known by most people living in the community as “The Water Park.”
The village is also home to a skate park, two additional pools, parks with playgrounds, barbeques, and large grass areas, as well as pathways connecting to different tracts and other villages.
Some properties are within walking distance of Oso Grande Elementary School and the other schools and shopping centers are easy to access via O’neill Drive or Sienna Parkway.
