Rancho Mission Viejo was recently named Orange County’s best new home community by the Orange County Register.
The initial developments of Sendero and Escencia have been completed and sold out and the next phase of the master plan, Rienda, is slated to open in Spring of 2022.
Rienda when fully built will encompass over 7,000 homes on 2,200 acres making it the largest village of Rancho Mission Viejo.
The first phase coming in Spring will feature 671 homes in seven neighborhoods. These initial homes are called attainable and will feature seven different developments ranging from 727 square feet starting for a flat up to 2,125 square feet for a single family home.
The initial seven neighborhoods are summarized below:
- Portico – built be Lennar featuring three-story building featuring flats ranging from 727-1,253 square feet.
- Oasis – built by Lennar featuring three-story townhomes from 961-1,458 square feet.
- Paisley – built by TriPointe featuring single family duplex homes from 1,366-1,737 square feet.
- Serenity – built by Lennar featuring three-story single family homes from 1,418-1,773 square feet
- Harvest – built by Meritage Homes featuring two-story townhomes from 1,510-1,893 square feet.
- Evolve – built by Pulte Homes featuring two-story single-family homes from 1,763-2,125 square feet.
