Overview
Esencia, Spanish for Essence is the second neighborhood developed as part of Rancho Mission Viejo’s master-planned community and began selling in 2015. Located off Antonio Parkway and Cow Camp Road or Los Patrones Road and Chaquita Canyon, Esencia has 2,894 homes spread across 29 different neighborhoods or subdivisions ranching from 1-4 bedroom condos or townhomes up to 5 bedroom homes with up to 3,500 square feet with many sitting on the hillsides with spectactular views of the surrounding open landscape of the Ranch. Spread throughout the community are trails, parks, clubhouses, pools, and fitness along with Esencia K-8 Elementary and Middle School.
Escencia is divided into four different pocket neighborhoods – Canyon House, Hilltop, Northwalk, and Gavilan 55 Plus. Canyon House homes surround the Canyon Clubhouse.
