San Clemente

San Clemente, also called the “Spanish Village by the Sea” is known for its beaches, surfing, Spanish architecture, local beach town feel with its downtown local shops and restaurants, its rolling hillsides, and cliffsides along the ocean. San Clemente is home to approximately 65,000 people and 24,000 households. The community is well-known for the Nixon Western White House during his presidency, the pier, and miles of beaches and great surfing. The community is divided into eleven different areas or neighborhoods with different builder tracts or subdivisions to meet many different lifestyle goals and financial budgets.

Location
San Clemente is the southernmost Orange County city and is bordered by San Diego county (Camp Pendleton) to the south and southeast, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano to the north, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. San Clemente is located off Interstate 5 between Camino De Estrella and Cristianitos Road. The community can also be accessed via Pacific Coast Highway coming out of Dana Point.
