Tustin is a city comprised of roughly 80,000 people and over 26,000 housing units. Being centrally located in Orange County, it is conveniently located adjacent to the business hub of Irvine. Popular areas in Tustin include Tustin Legacy and The District (the newest developments on the old Tustin Marine Station), Old Town Tustin, the Marketplace off the 5 and Jamboree Parkway and Tustin Ranch featuring the Tustin Ranch Golf Course. Tustin is centrally located near the Orange County business hub of Irvine, is known for good schools, offers a variety of real estate at many different price points, and has great community amenities from shopping, golf, and parks.
LOCATION
Tustin is located in central Orange County and is surrounded by Irvine to the south and east, Santa Ana and Orange to the west, and North Tustin to the north. Tustin sits between Jamboree Parkway that turns into the 261 Toll Road and the 55 Freeway and crosses over Interstate 5. The community is also easily accessible via the 405 Freeway and heading east on Jamboree.
