Equity Vantage has a large network of vendors that we consistently use for market preparation services. Our listing team will oversee the entire house preparation process to ensure that your house looks its best, photographs well and gets sold in a timely manner. We will schedule vendors such as painters, flooring, carpeting, handymen, house cleaners, window cleaners, landscapers, stagers, photographers, floor plan designers and content writers. We also make it our job to stick to the agreed upon budget and make certain that vendors get paid promptly. All listings are photographed by a professional photographer using high dynamic range (HDR) photography which delivers images with stunningly vivid details. Equity Vantage often uses dusk photography to produce lighting effects that provide a unique and special mood for each property.

Today’s buyers access websites from a variety of devices, including mobile phones, so it is critical to have a responsive, custom website.
Brochure
Equity Vantage’s marketing team creates a stunning, glossy, multi-page brochure for every listing.
Online Marketing
Aggressive web-based marketing is utilized for each listing because that is where potential homebuyers are getting their information. According to the National Association of Realtors, more than 75% of prospective homebuyers went to an open house as a result viewing a home on the Internet. In addition to exposing every listing on over 500 high-trafficked websites, Equity Vantage implements targeted marketing on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Houzz.
Print Advertising
